Hello!
I’m Tam Omond (they/them), a strategist and facilitator with over 20 years’ experience helping mission-driven organisations and coalitions to create lasting impact. I work at the intersection of organisational development, campaign strategy, and movement-building, guiding teams to navigate complexity, align around shared purpose, and deliver ambitious goals.
I've held leadership positions across the environmental movement, including shaping Extinction Rebellion's global communications strategy and directing Lush Cosmetics's global campaigns. I've held multi-stakeholder processes for Olio, Greenpeace and University of the Arts, London and led long-term strategy processes for Fern, Mucha Foundation and Tripod.
I trained with the Emergent Strategy Ideation Institute, CFOR and the Gesturing Towards De-colonial Futures Collective. I live between London and Glasgow, and my happiest moments are in saunas amongst friends after a day spent hill-walking.
