Hello!
I’m Tam Omond (they/them), a strategist and facilitator with over 20 years’ experience helping mission-driven organisations and coalitions to create lasting impact. I work at the intersection of organisational development, campaign strategy, and movement-building, guiding teams to navigate complexity, align around shared purpose, and deliver ambitious goals.
I was a founding member of Extinction Rebellion, shaping their global communications and movement strategy, and have led multi-stakeholder processes for Olio, Greenpeace and University of the Arts, London and run long-term strategy processes for Fern, Mucha Foundation and Tripod.
I have trained with the Emergent Strategy Ideation Institute, CFOR and the Gesturing Towards De-colonial Futures Collective. I live in Glasgow, Scotland and my happiest moments are in a sauna amongst friends after a day spent hill-walking.
