WHO I AM
I’m Tam Omond — a facilitator, strategist and organisational leader working at the intersection of climate, justice and systems change.
My work brings together deep facilitation, strategic clarity and hands-on delivery. I support organisations to align internally, navigate complexity, and deliver campaigns and strategies that create real-world impact.
My practice is trauma-informed and anti-oppressive, grounded in over two decades of experience across grassroots movements, global NGOs, and international campaigns.

I create warm and inclusive spaces, working responsively with the people in the room to ensure that every process leads to tangible outcomes — whether that’s a clear strategy, a stronger team, or a campaign ready to launch.

This is reflected in my payment structure where I employ a sliding scale so that those who can pay more and support grassroots movements and marginalised communities to access my services.

Grounded in an awareness of power dynamics, I design processes that enable honesty, kindness and mutual respect allowing people and teams to thrive without burning out.
