WHO I AM
I’m Tam Omond — a facilitator, strategist and organisational leader working at the intersection of climate, justice and systems change.
My work brings together deep facilitation, strategic clarity and hands-on delivery. I support organisations to align internally, navigate complexity, and deliver campaigns and strategies that create real-world impact.
My practice is trauma-informed and anti-oppressive, grounded in over two decades of experience across grassroots movements, global NGOs, and international campaigns.

This is reflected in my payment structure where I employ a sliding scale so that those who can pay more and support grassroots movements and marginalised communities to access my services.

Grounded in an awareness of power dynamics, I design processes that enable honesty, kindness and mutual respect allowing people and teams to thrive without burning out.

I focus on strengthening internal alignment so that we can build the collective power needed for lasting impact.

This rate is for unfunded groups or those that are mostly run by volunteers and do not have access to funding or income.

This rate is for mission-led organisations that have paid staff and secure funding.

This rate is for mission-led organisations which operate for profit.
